Member of the Russian Federation Federal Assembly Federation Council. Representative of the Perm Territory executive authority body. Member of the Federal Council Commission on Culture.

Yulia Tsyganova (Executive Director)

She provides day-to-day guidance for the Foundation, prepares and implements its development programs, leads main projects.

She has been specializing in protection of monuments of architecture: before joining our team, she worked for the Moscow Cultural Heritage Committee.
